"The in room onsen was glorious after a long flight. It was easy to get picked up from station in the free shuttle (using MRT payphone for free - ask in the ticket booth) Very pretty room & lovely surrounding countryside. "

"Only 5 minutes walk from xinbeitou train station. The downside is when its a rainy day because they don’t have fetch services. The room is very spacious. It’s very suitable for the couple and for honeymoon place.The onsen is big enough for 4person. The complimentary for breakfast was amazing too. There have many choice for you such as soup, porridge, dim sum, cereal, dessert, yogurt, coffee and so on. The breakfast start from 7am-10am. Overall we are very satisfied with the room and their...

"My Taiwan didn’t start off too hot. First the landing was delayed then I got into with immigration. I was staying at the hotel because of a long layover, maybe the airport should build an onsite hotel so layovers wouldn’t have to deal with immigration. After a few rude taxi drivers and airport security guards I had it with Taiwan, I wouldn’t want to come here for tourism with everyone being so rude. I got to the hotel after midnight then she was there, receptionist “Beny” she was so nice and so sweet. Her English was almost perfect. She didn’t know the struggles I went through at the airport but her nice demeanor was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Beny, I wish I could’ve met more people like you in Taiwan."
