"The stay over valentines weekend was phenomenal partly due to the fantastic stay my wife and I had at the Napa Valley Inn. Quaint, elegance, nostalgia, and more.. This is a truly hidden gym. The staff was helpful, gentle and knowledgeable in assisting us. One staffer named Hope was amazingly accomplished in her customer service skill set as well as others in the way she made us feel apart of the Napa River Inn's legacy. Will be back if permitted. "Silverado Resort is beautiful. The staff is very friendly, and the suites are spacious with beautiful views. However, I recommend requesting a second-floor room, as I could hear the guests above me walking around both day and night."

"The house was very well appointed and comfortable. We were very disappointed that the AC in the loft was broken leaving us with one less bed than we needed. That made for a less than ideal situation. Also, the person who we were given to communicate with was not very communicative. "
