"The room and amenities are generally all great, esp for families that need a kitchenette. The pool, restaurants and flat turf areas for young kids to run around we're perfect for us. The only thing lacking is probably the pace of service. They mentioned they were short staffed, so asking for additional items like blankets, towels, taking out the trash, etc. took the full day and additional reminders to get the items in."

"We had a fantastic stay for our first time in Napa Valley. I was impressed with the actual facility and how clean, welcoming and nice it looked when walking in. We had the best service and hospitality from the staff, especially Josh. They made sure we were comfortable. The fire pits outside were amazing to hang around during the chilly evenings."
