We wanted to forward our bags to our next destination and after asking on 3 occasions and being told it would be a delay of 1 week I called the luggage company directly who confirmed my suspicions. "Convenient to Universal Studios, dining options at City Walk and Universal City Station. Rooms were very clean and tidy, however only 4 single beds provided for a family of 5, when booked for 5. "
