"During our stay I don't think we had any visits from the cleaning crew. They had an envelope to give tips to them and I thought it was a joke. Overall the cabin was very nice and comfortable."

"This was our first getaway as a couple and I can't think of a single thing that could have made our experience any better. Our little cabin was clean and cozy. We can't wait to return."

"Super cute, clean and nice. We stayed in the winter. The wood burning stove is a cool touch and everything was as we thought. One note for folks coming in the winter is that the parking is a bit away from the cabin so you need to lug your luggage and food through the snow, which may not be easy for everyone. Happy traveling, nice place!"

"This cabin was perfect for our little family of 4! It was still decorated for Christmas, which we loved. The beds were comfy, and the location was perfect. The property manager responded to texts promptly, which we appreciated. Well stocked kitchen! We would stay here again. "

"We loved our stay. The views from the cabin were so beautiful and the cabin had everything we needed. It's close to all the mountains and to downtown Aspen. We would happily book it again. One suggestion, leave some notes about how to work the TV. It seemed to require apps being downloaded in advance for it to work, but there were no instructions in the cabin. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. "

"My daughter and I were placed in a unit with a broken refrigerator. I notified the front desk and after notifying them a second time, maintenance came up to look at it. I was told the compressor went out and the owner of the unit needed to be contacted for it to be fixed. Our food went bad. No accommodations were made for us. The property itself is beautiful."

"This hotel is centrally located on the Las Vegas strip. It’s an older hotel and some areas need a refresh. We reserved the imperial suite and the room was large with two large bathrooms. However, the staff does need to do a better job on cleaning the rooms. There was tape stuck on the walls and pictures in the room, I’m assuming from a party. There was also some hair left in the shower. The staff we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and sheets and pillows are clean. Overall this hotel offers a lot with plenty of restaurants, large gambling area and mini stores to pick up items you may have forgotten. The parking garage is easy to access and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
