"This is our families second stay at the property while visiting Pismo Beach. It is a very family friendly hotel with lots of great amenities. Dog friendly, wonderful free breakfast and an eating area. The property is a little older, we noticed a few things in our room, but nothing major. We also liked the ability to open the back window to get fresh air in the cool evening. I think this will be our new go to hotel when we are in town. Staff is friendly and helpful as well!"

"It’s always amazing. It’s home for me. I grew up around there and I have many many friends as well as family members that I am able to visit while there. It’s the only place I stay in Pismo. It’s right by the beach stairs and the view is just amazing always"

"Beach access is right there, so low tide is fun on the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The front desk staff listens to requests and are accommodating. This is our second time staying there."

"It's closer to the freeway, but you have to drive to attractions. That was fine with us. The hotel was very comfortable. We were here on Easter Sunday morning and they had eggs filled with chocolate hidden around the breakfast room. Great fun for the kids and a nice touch. The pool was nice. "
