"We had 3 rooms for our family. Rooms were nice. Nice having the lobby to have coffee and tea. The only thing was the outside grounds need to be kept up. Beautiful place otherwise. "

"We decided to stay at the Ascot suites because it was renovated within the last year. Our first time staying here was a pretty good experience. Friendly staff, nice size upgraded room and bathroom. And the rooftop having a lounge area was a huge bonus. Beautiful views and comfortable seating with a fire pit for chilly nights. It’s also walking distance to everything. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. "

"A beautiful property, well maintained, close to restaurants and shops to walk to, Has a view of Morro Bay. The one problem was service maintenance starting too early one of the mornings of our second stay - couldn’t sleep in. Otherwise everything was great."

"Spacious and clean rooms with all double queens. Got 8 rooms and happy with all of them for my group. No noise from other rooms but can hear outside. It’s ok for our short stay and slept well"
