"The property was magical, my partner and I stayed valentines weekend in Pacific Grove, and this was the perfect getaway location. The staff was friendly and very attentive! Close to great coffee shops and downtown PG. We woke up to deer outside of our window which was so incredible. Would definitely recommend for a romantic getaway or even a solo trip, very safe area and close enough to the ocean to hear the waves. "

"Beautiful grounds, a short walk to the beach, kind and helpful staff, a comfortable bed and bedding, new floors and windows, nicely painted yellow and green walls (but with dents and previous nails, etc underneath), functional kitchen (but could use updated serving ware, pots and pans, and maybe a better kitchen faucet if im being extra picky), a great shower and tub (it was slow to drain but the hotel fixed it quickly), a cute dinner table and chairs (the chairs werr more worn than I expected)....

"I booked a very last minute stay about 15 minutes before I arrived at 9 PM. The check in process was quick and easy, the clerk was nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. I appreciate its convenient location near Whole Foods and the restaurants / shopping in Del Monte Center. The location was also quiet."
