We loved their pillows! Cute decors too. West Exit of Osaka Station from Subways was a little confusing but we got used to it. 7 Eleven was by JR station and one near by. Easy walking distance to a lot of restaurants and Umeda area for shopping and transportation. This will be our hotel for Osaka stay!! "
