"Needed a nice place for a two week stay in LA. This condo fit the bill. Great location, lots of restaurants and other amenities close by. Dedicated parking. And the condo itself was perfectly outfitted. Nice appliances. All the utensils you need. Comfy bed. And was very clean. Brooke was very responsive. Having to go through the guard gate could be a little cumbersome, but added to the security. All in all highly recommended. "

"The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

"Never received check in instructions, their phone contact was disconnected, went to property to try to figure it out. Couldn’t get in and it was disgusting! Fighting with VRBO for my money back! I had to find my own alternate arrangements after an 8 hour drive to get there! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Glendale. We were in town for a wedding, but stayed a few extra days. We loved being able to walk to so many shops and stores nearby. This unit is just as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of supplies left for us. We didn't have to run to the store for anything! There were plenty of extra towels, soaps of every kind, and kitchen supplies too. One thing I really appreciate is having a Brita in the fridge. The owner...

"Overall we enjoyed our stay! The only thing that was a negative was there were no pulls on the bathroom drawers and cabinets. Super annoying to get the drawers open. There was also no fan or wasn’t working in the tiny shower/toilet area. And the screen door off the bedroom needs replacing. $2,000 for 3 nights is a lot for my family so we expected little things like that to be better. Overall though the condo had a great view, pool and jacuzzi were perfect temps, and the building was very quiet....

"My Husband and 15yo daughter drove up from San Diego to LA to see a concert at the Belasco Theater which was literally a 5min walk from this condo. This is a gentrified neighborhood, so sketchy but safe yeah? "

"The property owner will be switch you and put you in a spot. You did not sign up for and charge you more for it. He also doesn’t seem to respect boundaries as he would enter the property without notifying the tenants anytime do not stay here. The owner does not talk to you, it is run by some other third-party guy who doesn’t recognize himself on Vrbo."
