"Super beautiful property at the top of Laurel Canyon. Wonderful host in a perfectly sized apartment in the back of a home. I am consistently in the Los Angeles area and this central location is perfect for my needs. I believe the host, Stephen, is very intuitive in the needs of his guests. I did worry that my ins and outs being at early morning and late night, at times may have been inconvenient to my host but am grateful for the stay."

"Easy check in. Cool little pad with off street parking. Communication was easy and constant with the manager. Comfy beds, the rooms are well lit and the front porch had a surprise partial view of the Hollywood sign. very close to good eats and shopping. We will be back for sure. "

"When we arrived the key was not in lockbox - the door was unlocked- key on counter- no toilet paper in the front bathroom- the downstairs bed not made DIRTY - hair all over it- no detergent- half drank juice in fridge- filthy, roach in the drawer in kitchen, smoke detector covered with red plastic, floors filthy- trash overflowing! The garage was supposed to be available for us- was locked. Medicine left in cabinets- absolutely no cooking utensils.when we went to bed, we pulled back the sheets...
