"We booked this hotel for only one night but I could've stayed forever! The property is beautiful, the check in team we dealt with were fantastic, welcoming and made every effort to get us in early. Which they did. Our rooms were gorgeous, clean, well styled, amazing. And there is an onsite bakery/coffee which is incredible. Up a few stairs from the bakery is a wonderful lounge where you can enjoy your treat, bring a laptop and work or just hang out. We ate dinner at Bahr which is the restaurant on the 5th floor and let me tell you, it knocked us all for a loop. We lucked out and were seated directly in front of the kitchen and watched with expert choreography the team deliver the most modern, delicious takes on Portuguese food. The chicken piri piri nuggets, we could have eaten 100 of them. Yes we ordered several of them! Then as the evening was about to end the chef came by to check in, so classy. 24 hours at this hotel and I'm obsessed - thank you for a wonderful time in Lisbon, will be back for sure!!"

" My stay at Pensao Londres in Lisbon was incredible, and the hospitality was beyond anything I could have expected. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located near all the major attractions. However, it was the staff that truly made my experience unforgettable. I want to give a special shoutout to Alex Anger, who is an incredibly kind and helpful young gentleman. He not only gave me a personalized list of places to visit in Lisbon but also made me feel instantly welcome. His positive energy and calm demeanor, especially when I saw him wearing a rosary in his hand, brought a peaceful vibe to the whole experience. During my stay, we experienced a blackout in Europe, and I was understandably nervous as I had to fly back to New York the next day. Many airports were closed or canceled, but Nunes (I guess thats his name who worked on 04/28th night) made me feel completely at ease. He kept me informed about the situation, offered food and coffee, and checked in on me regularly to ensure I was okay. I was so impressed by his kindness and calm in the face of a challenging situation. What stood out even more was how Nunes helped other guests. He was carrying luggage up to the 4th floor since the escalators weren’t working due to the power outage. He also helped people find their way using a flashlight, ensuring everyone felt taken care of. His dedication and helpfulness went above and beyond — it was a perfect example of what genuine hospitality looks like. Thank you!! "

"I truly enjoy the location of this property. I like the space and it was centralized to everything that we needed to experience in Lisbon. The staff was very friendly. We were on the top floor and there was a lot of stairs, but overall very clean. Everything in the room was comfortable, and I love that the water was free."
