On a morning when we had to leave early, the hotel even provided us with a breakfast bag, which was a very considerate touch. The staff, including Alex and the concierge team, were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. One detail worth mentioning: we noticed a small issue in our room and reported it to the front desk. To our surprise, Tatiana, the Guest Relations Manager, personally reached out to us and kindly offered a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful room. We truly appreciated this gesture—it showed how much the hotel values its guests and is committed to ensuring a perfect stay. This thoughtful response speaks volumes about the hotel’s service philosophy."
