The hotel and staff are excellent. The rooms are very well appointed and quiet and all of the staff from front desk to breakfast were great. I would definitely stay again when we return to Lisbon.

I’ve stayed at three hotels in Lisbon and this was my best experience, even though the entire city is lovely. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located next to many of the city’s best attractions and the rooms were clean and quiet.

We LOVED this hotel! The location was perfect for sightseeing. Staff were so helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations. Breakfast was the best we have had at any hotel in all our travels. This hotel is a 10 of 10. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Lisbon.

Greeting on arrival by Bruno and Sergio was very welcoming. The evening staff member who attended our room was always very friendly and did everything to make our stay very enjoyable, and Hvo who was always very polite and very friendly.Generally all the staff were great. The room was comfortable and the bed excellent. If we return to Lisbon we will certainly stay at the Montebelo again.

Para quem quer passear por Lisboa não existe opção melhor! O Montebelo conta com uma equipe maravilhosa, destaque para a recepcionista Sofia que é um amor de pessoa! O serviço impecável do hotel, quarto maravilhoso em todos os aspectos, café da manhã excelente e um restaurante peruano japonês para refeição a noite maravilhoso. Ons verblijf in Montebelo Vista Alegre Lisboa Chiado was heel erg prettig. De locatie is perfect: centraal in de stad en ideaal om Lissabon te verkennen. Het hotel zelf is prachtig ingericht en straalt luxe en comfort uit. Wat ons vooral opviel, was het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. Ze denken echt met je mee en doen er alles aan om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Toen we aangaven dat het in het weekend ’s nachts erg luidruchtig was aan de straatkant – met voorbijgangers en sirenes – kregen we direct te horen dat we, als het weer zou gebeuren, een andere kamer konden krijgen. Die servicegerichte houding waarderen we enorm. Als je hier verblijft, zou ik aanraden om, indien mogelijk, een kamer aan de rustigere kant van het hotel te vragen. Maar los daarvan is dit een geweldige plek om te verblijven in Lissabon. Zeker een aanrader!
