"Our stay was wonderful! We were informed that the pool was out of order, but were given access to a nearby hotel's pool and beach club which was fantastic. We were provided with beach chairs, umbrellas and towels (all of which we were not expecting)! We also had an issue with checking in because our flight was canceled the day before, but Pandsy, we think that was her name, was amazing and helped us check in anyways. The room was clean, and the staff were pleasant. We were not expecting this many accommodations for the amount we paid, but were pleasantly surprised and delighted to have them. We will be staying here again!"

"Nestled in the heart of Miami Beach you will find a hidden gem-The Eden Roc Hotel on the very populated Collins Avenue. From the time I arrived, the staff outside opened my door, greeted me and helped me with my luggage and directed me to check in and kept my luggage safe. I checked in and the Eden Roc representative was so friendly, nice & accommodating. The room was central in the building so it overlooked the pool and ocean with a wrap around terrace so I could also look at the inter-coastal view. The room was beautiful, sparkling clean and had plenty of towels, soaps and amenities. The room attendants were nice and helpful. I had a light meal and drink in the lobby and that was lovely too. The property intercepts with the Nobu Hotel so I dined at Nobu for breakfast one day-which was nice. I highly recommend this hotel property to experience a special vacation. Thanks Eden Roc!"
