We loved our stay here! Every staff member we encountered was so nice and helpful! Definitely not in the busyness of South Beach which we did not mind at all - easy to walk, bike or Uber everywhere. The hotel, beach and pool area were so bright and airy with their signature pink and white everywhere.

Overall, everything was good and the place was beautiful! Our bartender Jorge was really nice and made really good drinks! They also have a heathy food and drink choice restaurant which was super good! Definitely would recommend.

This property is very nice and everything is pink. Billing everything to my room was very pricey and resort fees but this Miami beach should be expected. I really enjoyed my stay. I really like that your can text the front desk at anytime for your convenience

If you have the option to stay somewhere else.. do! The customer service we received was less than 1 star. The only thing that I would rate higher than 1 was the cleanliness of the room and location. There were numerous guests putting in complaints throughout our stay.
