"Beautiful property, excellent location, good food and cocktails, comfortable accommodations. Felt luxurious. Complaints: Some kind of construction was happening on an upper floor or roof. They were lowering down debris just to the right of our balcony into a dumpster fully visible below. A small piece fell onto me at one point. Some bulbs missing. Could have called for them to be replaced but didn’t. If visiting Key Biscayne National Park, be aware this hotel is an hour from the Visitor’s Center even though it appears very close to the key. Coconut Grove is the real reason to stay here!"

"Very nice property conveniently located near casual eateries. On site, safe parking for a fee. Beautiful bathrooms with large vanity and huge walk-in shower. Largest in room TV I have ever seen in a hotel. Full breakfast is included for free. Staff is attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend. Only disappointment was the hot tub not working. "
