"Hotel is clean, and in good shape. Not very high frills hotel, but overall not bad. They absolutely do not answer the phone, and this is somewhat problematic. Concierge staff tends to be very young, like freshman or sophomore college age. A lot of Europeans staying there but they are quiet. Very boutique-y, more like the small art-deco hotels of South Beach. I think they deserve their high marks overall. Now if they would just answer the dang phone. "
