This hotel is below average. I always stay in Miami and this is my first and last time here. The elevators are old and so slow. The hallway smells so bad like mildew. The halls are also old and dirty. The heat in our room didn’t work the first night of our trip and it was freezing. $80 at the pool bar for the worst food I’ve ever had and 2 diet cokes ): no fun here wouldn’t recommend

Jose from valet excellent with all the help and Miguel gentleman who greets at front door of hotel very very nice and very helpful through my stay a week there with my mom and her wheelchair and how we can get to restaurant where we ate. Restaurant last day took very long wait over an hour needs to work on that other than that excellent place to stay wish there was a boutique for bathing suits and souvenirs at place but love it here and I have stayed in sunny isles marenas, solei, and a week before I stood at Marriot stranton and that place was terrible with elevator and no wheelchair accessible very disappointed. But this place I loved it a feel of resort . Will come back

The WiFi was not working in the room (or any of the rooms) and the rooms by the lift/elevator were very noisy. (805). Apart from that the staff were helpful and the rooms nice.

A wonderful stay
It was an absolutely beautiful hotel and an even more beautiful experience The customer service was perfect, they were attentive without hovering, mind and helpful. I can't wait to come back. They made my time in Miami lovely. Thanks to the Cadillac for a wonderful experience.

Rooms were extremely clean and up to date. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Miami Beach. The hotel had a nice pool and hot tubs along with easy beach access.
