We truly LOVED the Riu Plaza hotel! Such a beautiful property, with a heated pool, and a stone’s throw to the beach !!!! a short walk to Lincoln Road shopping and restaurants too. Would definitely return next year!!!

The breakfast buffet closed at 10;00am Being on vacation I found I was rushed to get up early to go down for breakfast. Maybe extend the breakfast buffet until 10:30 would be amazing. Everything else was excellent!! Thank you

Beautiful location. The room was spacious and well kept. The hotel was also very pleasant great housekeeping. I was not a big fan of the dinner buffet however, the breakfast was phenomenal. The coffee shop and bakery in the lobby was also very delicious and everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here and recommend others.

The third party shuttle and tour service offered in the lobby was very disappointing and not to be trusted. The front desk staff were sadly apathetic and unhelpful. The poolside service and staff at the restaurants were very good. A welcome change from the experience otherwise.
