First off, the noise was unbearable. The street outside is incredibly loud, with constant traffic, shouting, and general mayhem throughout the night. The inn itself provides zero soundproofing, so don’t expect to get any rest unless you're a deep sleeper who doesn’t mind the constant noise. I spent the whole night trying to block it out with earplugs, but it did absolutely nothing.
To make matters worse, the customer service was non-existent. They advertise an email and a number for assistance, but don’t expect anyone to actually help you. The email went unanswered for days, and the phone number only connects you to a receptionist who just relays your problems to management who, surprise, never actually gets back to you. So basically, you're left with no recourse for any issues you encounter. I couldn’t even get a simple acknowledgment of my complaints, let alone a solution.
The room was too bright at night because they apparently forgot to install proper shades. The lights from the street, making it impossible to sleep unless you like the feeling of being under a spotlight all night long. It's mind-boggling that such a basic element was overlooked.
And the cherry on top? They tried to charge me for "damages" to the room, even though I left it in perfect condition. I’m talking about a spotless, untouched room. But of course, they have no way to actually verify this, and I was stuck arguing with a faceless management team that was too busy to even engage in a conversation.
