"The hotel is very basic. The entrance is quite run down. Staff is friendly and helpful. The mattress was worn out. Lights were old and didn’t all work. We had everything that we needed, but it was not luxury. "

"Beautiful property well situated to lots of attractions (pyramids, planetarium, eco-park/museum) but the restaurant staff ranges from mostly disinterested to somewhat dishonest (pretty obviously did not bring back correct change, helping herself to a very nice tip) and as other travelers have noted elsewhere, the restaurant is overpriced for what you get. Clearly needs better management if staff is this lackluster."
