"It is a lovely hotel with beautiful gardens. Most of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.The rooms are big and spacious. Be aware if you are in a room in the main building you can hear music playing downstairs till 11pm. Unfortunately the aircon didnt work in our room and the staff member who came to 'fix' it didnt know how to. I left feeling quite tired after 2 nights of having a very hot room and not sleeping too well (im used to cold rooms). The all inclusive meals are great. The...

"Stayed in Villa 14 & it was amazing. The service daily, the chef and the property were all immaculate. It’s great even for American standards. My only precaution would be if you’re afraid of bugs and the occasional lizard have someone else with you. As a kid I always dealt with this in a rural town so it didn’t bother me but surely a city slicker may find it problematic. All of the staff were top notch."
