Good hotel . Near to Haram . I reached early and they checked me early and were very supportive . The place is clean and quite . For old people they will need support as the hotel is up not long way but not easy for them.

All my money was wasted as there was no parking at this facility. No proper way for going to the property. Finally at around 2 am i was able to figure out the location of this hotel and when i went there. They said no parking in our hotel. Park the car somewhere outside and come back to the hotel by taxi. I kept looking for parking but couldn’t find a parking and which resulted me in booking another hotel just to get the parking in. So all my money was wasted and will never book any hotel through your webpage. I trusted expedia and booked the nice hotel but hotel guys were rude and told me straight away no parking. Find your parking yourself. They did not helped me a bit

Don’t book this hotel if you are going to Umrah with your parents or anyone over 50 years old. Big hill you have to walk. For young people is okay. My mom and other sisters struggled getting up and down. Elevator takes forever. Close to Al Haram by the way. Five mins walk to Kaba. Thanks

Umrah Trip
Overall a 7/10 stay Very close to haram with a steep 50 meter hill to climb up and down.However they have a golf cart service for that section. Not that bad but restricted for seniors with wheelchairs. Room service guys was excellent and always helpful. Reception was awful as none of them were helpful and had to call them multiple times to request for items. Elevators were always being used and was a long process to get up and down especially after prayers. I suggest you to request for 1rst or 2nd floor bookings as its convenient for you to take the stairs. They have a Makkan Restaurant only available for the Malaysian and Indonesion Umrah groups that arrive frequently. Wifi is terrible in the rooms and only works in the lobby as it is all over the country.

The bathroom remains flooded 24 hours.A very small bathe and toilet facility is almost useless. The hill top location is painful for people needing frequent visiting to kaaba.

Good location, 5 minutes walk to Haram. Facility could provide more information to guests. There was no information about a restaurant. Hotel helping staff was excellent. I want to thank Kashif and Siddiq for their pleasing and helpful behavior. Such employees are an asset to the Hotel.
