"We've stayed at Cozumel Hotel and Resort multiple times and it just keeps getting better every time. The rooms really need updated though, take out those horrible tubs before someone gets hurt. Walk in shower would be way better. I like the added bar by the ocean and beach service. I like how they utilize the ocean view restaurant more as well. The only thing missing is a good coffee/late stand. The coffee pot, sugar and creamer packets are okay, but a fresh made cup of coffee would be great. The grounds are kept beautiful and clean. All the shade, both by the pool and on the beach is fantastic. No 'saving' shade seats needed, plenty of them all day. The entertainment staff, *Diego*, was fantastic. Loved his water aerobics and volleyball. *Diego* was so much fun. *Keira* was spectacular as usual. Her high energy and smile is always great."

"We had an incredible stay for our anniversary celebration. We were able to enjoy all of the amenities of the hotel and had the experience of a lifetime. The second we walked in we were treated with deep respect and thoughtfulness. The restaurants were amazing, each morning we woke up to an amazing view with hand pressed tortillas, traditional dishes and familiar favorites. Carlos Hernandez with the breakfast team was incredible. He said he only worked there for a week! He made it feel like family!! The service at the beach during the day made it so we could relax completely and the evening over amazing dinner options and a sunset view with soothing live music was a dream. The private cozy ocean front and snorkeling options right next to the room felt like an adventure a few steps away. We very much hope to return one day "

"This hotel is unique. You are tucked away in the quietness. I stayed in the villa labeled Turtle. The bathroom with jetted tub was such a vibe. Beautiful and quiet. "

"The house in and of itself were fine, which mostly sums up our stay. There was nothing outright awful, but also nothing amazing. Pros: kitchen was well stocked; rooms were clean with fresh linens; each room had its own bathroom; AC in every room worked amazingly; although it rained most of our stay, the pool area looked wonderful. Cons: there were no clear check in instructions prior to arrival; the electricity and water were both off in the unit upon arrival; there were no clear check out instructions; the limited "welcome packet" was not very useful; we had to request the wifi password as it was not provided; the number of towels available were very limited - especially if you plan on swimming; there were lots of bugs in the unit (ants, cockroaches, etc.); communication with management is best done thru email so immediate responses are not always received. Please note that all bedrooms are on the second floor, so it is difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Overall, our stay wasn't bad, it just wasn't amazing. We have been coming to Cozumel for years and are very familiar with the island so, for us, the location was perfect. If you are a first time visitor to Cozumel, I'm not sure I would recommend this location because most want to stay in the heart of everything. We were pleased with our stay but small things could have made a fine experience great."

"Clean, comfortable, very quiet—a great place to recharge. Staff is super helpful. Most beach or tourist activities are a 15-25 min drive, which was a little more driving than I anticipated. The (wonderful, life-saving) air conditioning also had some kind of automatic shut off in the middle of the night, which doesn’t work out very well for perimenopausal women from cold climates."

"Great spot not far from the beach (driving distance). Secure and safe. It really is a small ranch, about 4 acres with three small homes/casitas. You have access to all of them for your party. Private pool was great. Ping pong and basketball courts were enjoyed. Overall, very nice. A few amenities were broken, such as the coffee pot in one of the homes, but this was no big deal!"
