"Booked 3 rooms bed and breakfast for a family event. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The service from the bar staff and the breakfast ladies was great. Had some very nice wine at night and a lovely breakfast in the morning. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area not looking for city centre hotels."

"Apartment was gorgeous, great size very clean. Friendly helpful staff lovely place to stay. With being in lower apartment though you can hear every movement from the ones above, very frustrating overnight even hear the toilet flushing and filling back up. There was a wedding on when we were here so apartment 4 was very vocal and loud at 1am in the morning yapping outside there apartment, shouting on Rachel. "

"Good size carpark Check in at reception and all information is given. Rooms up a flight of stairs The room was an ok size as was the shower room. Bed is super comfortable Wifi is okish The shower was hot and powerful. Evening meal was excellent lots of choices and good value. Also have a planetarium! But it was £49 for a show and talk, shame no guest rates!! Would probably stay again when in the area. Location close to Hadrian's Wall and the once stood Sycamore Tree Gap!! Also has a brewery next...

"Great pub stay"

"I had a lovely stay. It was everything that I expected. It was a very comfortable room, with a touch of luxury. The large bed was fantastic. Hairdryer, straighteners and Bathrobes available to use. "

"I stayed for 1 night whilst i had work at the hospital close by. It's above a pub but you can't hear the noise. Just a little bit of road traffic. The bed is comfortable and it's clean. Check in and check out was easy."
