"My fith time here - love it - great city break. This time we came for a friend’s special birthday, all three friends that had never been, loved it too! The staff are so helpfu/lovely, food good (& im a fussy eater), love the aqua and lots of things you ‘can’ do if you like. Heated pool for the cooler months is wonddrful. There’s a shuttle bus to/back from the medina but cabs to the center are reasonable (with a bit of haggling :-)). Can’t wait to go back! "

"Outdated overpriced hotel with false 3.5 stars rated and it’s not even 2 stars. I checked out 15 mins after check in and they denied refund. I highly don’t recommend! "

"The hotel was a traditional Riyadh and had reasonable facilities. The staff were great and very welcoming. "

"This place is garbage. I showed up, with a hotels.com reservation and was shown to my room. I spent the day in and out of the room doing work. In the early evening, they decided they were no longer going to honor my reservation and forced me to leave. Thankfully I found a hostel which was significantly nicer and cheaper than this place, and with better internet. If you can avoid it, AVOID IT."

"Stayed for 2 nights with my daughter for her 18th birthday trip. Manager was excellent and helped us with good information and was very friendly. Hot water was great. Condition was older but clean and everything worked well!"
