"We had an amazing time. Every single member of staff we spoke to from the reception staff, bar staff and breakfast ataff were awesome. We didn't eat in the restaurant of an evening but we had breakfasts on 2 days and what we had was delicious. John the manager was lovely and his support team were excellent. A Great Stay

"We stayed at Thistle Heathrow T5 for one night before our flight the next day. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the Aviator bar and restaurant has great views of the runway. The Heathrow Pods make it really easy to travel to and from the airport to the hotel and are lots of fun! My only criticism of the hotel is the extortionate prices in the little shop by the entrance."
