"Property was right across from Windsor Castle which was great. Facia was being renovated so there was scaffolding in front, but it did not affect our view. There were some minor issues on check in, the shower head was a little awkwardly positioned, and they did not have a do not disturb sign for the handle. We asked for our room to not be cleaned, but it was cleaned."

"This is a budget hotel and is a good example of that. The small room was fine for the price. The double bed was very comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. The breakfast was really good. "The worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the place if filthy, the staff are rude and never around when you need them. There was a dead rat on the floor on the way to my room, the shower is horrible and dirty, the tv in the room didn’t work and the beds are terrible. To top it off you get free parking with the room and for some reason my number plate wasn’t put into the system so they are trying to hit me with a £100 parking fine, though my car was parked there for 40 minutes which would have cost...

"We had such a lovely day stay here, and would definitely recommend to others as perfect place to stay to visit Twickenham rugby stadium. Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable.
