"It was a quiet room with a comfortable mattress. Friendly, helpful staff. However, I had to bring to the attention of reception some few tiles, by the side of the shower, that could pose a slippery risk hazard as they were loose, and the grout around them had gone. The toilet bin was covered in rust. I could mention a few other things but I feel those were the main inconveniences. I hope this will be sorted for the next customer. I'm not sure about having another stay in the future."

Unfortunately, when accessing the spa there was around 4 men in there and would be in sauna/ steam room for long periods and would talk/ shout which made this unrelaxing. However once they left luckily we had extra time and got to use all the facilities. Overall great and would return "

"we stayed here for the laughterama comedy festival at castlefield bowl and it was perfect. The hotel literally overlooks the bowl and there are so many of Manchesters best places to see, restaurants, bars etc within 10-15 minutes including the science and history museum across from the hotel. The room we stayed in was huge and super clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. "

"Really professional and friendly staff. Tv sinal was dropping out. Couldn't get a signal mobile or wifi in the room and couldn't work out how to turn off the air condition which kept me awake all night. However that aside would stay again. Lovely looking. Well appointed. Easy access and good food and reception cant do enough. I didnt get the chance to use the spa andvpool but we ould certainly come back and will try it on that occasion. Great dinner and breakfast and very clean"
