"Arrived before the 3 oclock check in time but as our room was ready they very kindly let us check in. All areas of hotel were very clean and tidy. Breakfast had a good selection of food and drink. The only negative about the room was the coldness coming off the window. This made the room feel cold but was helped by thick curtains and temperature contolled heating. Would use this hotel again as it was centrally located with tram and bus stops outside the hotel."

"Lovely hotel, close to all the amenities. Great food and junior suite we stayed in was perfect. Only negative was the room was quite noisy due to a single glazed window being an old building so didn’t have a restful sleep."
