"We booked a stay here for our 18th anniversary. We chose it because we are vegan and could see the hotel had vegan food in the restaurant. We loved the hotel, the building is gorgeous, and the room really nice. We went to the theatre and when we came back we tried to order room service from the night menu. There are no vegan options, despite such an effort going into the day menu and offering rooms with vegan breakfast. We were very disappointed to not be able to eat, and after calling reception...
