"The rooms have been nicely updated. The overall stay was enjoyable. The one bit of feedback I have is the hot tub was broken, and there is an empty pizza box on top of the cabinet in our room. "

"The front desk team was amazing!!! I had to stay one night at a different hotel who would not allow me store my luggage prior to checkin and Alphenhoff stored it for me even the night I didn’t stay there and then brought my ski bag to my room for me when I checked in there. The staff is incredible (and the location is excellent). "

"Was this place perfect? No. But it was perfect for a quick night before going boarding on the mountain all day. The room had a bit of a funky smell…but that was probably from other snowboarders tracking in snow into the room. It was spacious and clean. The hot tub needs some love…but it was massive and in an awesome indoor room. The front desk clerk was a contrarian who seemed annoyed at my questions…yet was so fast getting us more towels for the hot tub and any other needs. He was excellent. Breakfast was simple and no chocolate milk…but the waffles were awesome and damn good sausages too. All in all…great stay and id stay here again for sure. "

"Very very clean room. Super clean bathroom and shower. For a motel, it's great. No frills but CLEAN. Comfortable bed and pillows. Microwave in lobby. Ski rental place across the street. Bus stop right out front. Only 3 minutes drive to the village. I would stay here again. "

"Absolutely breathtaking views and peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast in the morning was a god sent and the staff were so very knowledgeable about the area. Would highly recommend this place to anyone I talk to."
