"Ski in/ski out! Super nice staff!"

"It was a really nice hotel and the room was really nice, however, the place is currently under construction. So common spaces like lobby, parking lot, and (most importantly) po/spa were actively under construction. Was still a great place and we will definitely stay there again. Look forward to giving this place a 10/10 when the work is done. Room was huge and really nice. One other small piece of feedback for the manager, there were a few interactions with the employees I thought were odd....

"Small room at an affordable price before ski season rates bump it up $200 starting the day before thanksgiving. At $300 a night you get a paper thin walled room that’s the size of my walk in closet and bathroom "

"The room was clean, bed comfortable. No refrigerator or microwave. The room was located next to the stairway so it was quite noisy with people coming and going late in the evening and very early in the morning. "

"Majority of everything was good except my dog found a capsule on the ground next to the bed… Also part of the carpet was wet, the carpets definitely old and quite ragged. Bed was comfortable, the floor we were on was kind of noisy, lots of people coming and going in doors slamming. I do like this Hotel, as well as the staff and how friendly they are. Good blackout blinds, comfortable bed, they even offer dog beds or bowls if needed."

"We didnt expect the snow on our stay and honestly we didnt know what to do but the staffs were very helpful and nice to help us out. "

"The staff service was excellent. There was a problem with the heater in my cabin. They upgraded me to a larger cabin right away. "
