It’s walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Nice Austrian restaurant… and a bar with real people in it!
excellent service from the staff, they have been very accommodating when we asked for a bigger room. the breakfast is quite limited, but the overall experience was very good, hot tub with view on the slopes and being able to ski in the hotel imakes all the difference.

Excellent room with great, friendly staff! My only concern was the spa needs better maintenance.
We enjoy staying at the property because it is right next to Canyon Lodge and well appointed for adults.

Disliked: Amenities
This is a small, older chalet up in the ski area. It is not in the Village. The free trolley does stop at the canyon lodge about 2 blocks away.
Do not stay here if you have mobility issues. There are lots of stairs, even to enter, No Elevator!
We thought we were going to have a heart attack, dragging our luggage up to the third floor in the steep, enclosed stairwell. Not to mention, we came home with Covid!!
Receptionist were very helpful.
Very steep stairs to enter hotel. No elevator. Very difficult to manage luggage and navigate stairs.
Room basic, bed comfortable
Don't stay here unless you're ready to lug all gear up several flights of steep stairways. Yes, it's inexpensive and worked in a pinch. Not a 3-star hotel in my book. There is a bar & restaurant in the basement, so some may like that. Set against steep slope of mountain. Mammoth lift adjacent. Parking tricky on busy nights due to food establishment onsite.
Staff were outstanding, the hotel is in need of some general upgrades, comfortable, needs better television service

Property is desperately in need of a refurb. Room was dirty, ie stained curtains and very dusty. Coffee machine and usb chargers broken. Definitely not value for money.

It is OK for an overnight. They need to repair or change jacuzzi! It is very old and electric cables are visible in the water. We didn’t feel that comfortable. Rest was OK.
Was definitely dated, which could jave been ok. TV didnt work, tho we got a new one day 2. Room was not cleaned well at all...outdoor spa broke day 2, so we never got to use it. Sebastian, the manager was great. Katy in the restaurant was great. Food was fantastic.
Dated hotel. Perhaps we got the oldest room. Dirty carpet. Noisy room - could hear the neighbor's TV all night. Water took about 5 min to get hot. Not even a place to sit for the grab and go "continental breakfast" The on-site restaurant smelled delicious when we arrived.
