"The staff was great. Ours was one of 2 or 3 rooms rented in the hotel. We got a nice room with a king bed and refrigerator on the inner courtyard. Thank goodness, the outer rooms would have been too noisy. The staff was great in finding us 2 pillows without feathers, however it would have been great to have a few more pillows in the king bed. The pool and pool area was nice. However, they were building a new stairway and the little time we wanted to use the pool the worker was too noisy grinding the cement block for us to enjoy it. I was dramatically plugging my ears in hopes they would have him take a break, but no luck. We will go back. It was a good value to enjoy downtown after a scuba trip on the south end of the island. We love so many restaurants in St. Miguel. It was fun. "

"Great experience! From check in with the delightful Francesca at the front desk to the comfort of the bed, we were very happy with the Hotel Coralia. It’s located just off the Benito Juarez Park so there are many delicious restaurants and tourist shops within a short walking distance. Quieter than being directly over the square! We were there for a scuba trip and would grab a prearranged taxi at the corner with our friends and it’s about a 15 minute ride to the Marina Fonatur, where the dive boats depart. If you want to go the ferry to get to Playa del Carmen or to grab a taxi, it’s about a 5 minute walk. There is someone at the front desk 24/7 so if you need anything, or just want to go in/out late at night, you feel attended to and secure. Refrigerators in every room, and coffee, tea, fresh filtered water, & some bakery snacks are available in the lobby. The small balcony area is nice for a bit of fresh air and the only suggestion I would make, is for the hotel to install some sort of hanger or bar there (as well as in the shower) for guests to hang scuba/swimwear to keep the room tidier. Queen sized bed, waterfall shower, and pleasantly scented soap/shampoo/conditioner in larger refillable containers to reduce plastic waste. Pool area looks very nice although we did not use it. No pool bar currently but it looks like it was in process. "

"I travel all over the world; hundreds of different hotels every year. There is no cooler place with such a view as Vista Del Mar. Everyone super nice that checked me in, a giant deck with the greatest view you could ever want looking right into the ocean and right to where the mega giant cruise ships dock. Just "

"Very conveniently located in the center. Close to almost anything and everything. 7 min to airport with taxi. 2 min walking to ferry stations. Very clean rooms and hotel area. Friendly staff (shout out to Ángela) that makes your morning breakfasts with ton of options with a smile on their face. Great place to stay in Cozumel! Highly recommend.
