"Booked the lagoon suite for 2 adults 2 kids with King bed and fold out lounge. Had to call to get 2nd bed made for kids at 8p.m. only enough pillows and towels for 2 not 4 people. House keeping was very slack and 2nd day didnt even refresh the room at all. Room was 2700 down to 2k for 3 nights but for that money you deserve better service. Restaurant and bar service by the pool were great. "
