"Very nice stay, with helpful front desk staff. Room was very comfortable and clean. My one issue would be that the lounge for Bonvoy members was not well maintained. My colleagues and I stayed a week and each time we went there would be yogurt but no bowls, wine but no glasses, a certain food gone but not replenished, etc. My colleagues have stayed here many times and say that this is always the case. Maybe a short staffing problem. However, everything else was great. "

"Grendon room was okay. Positives- Clean, secure, warm, good link to public transport, shops, restaurant. Negatives- Could do with some redecorations (lots and wear and tear around the room and bathroom), there was no tea & coffee provided (may have run out), the bed was uncomfortable. Overall decent stay but could have been better."

However, upon arrival, the unit was not ready nor livable, its deplorable condition, dirty, messy, with a stench, and ants crawling around. The unit faced a railway line unbearably loud throughout the night. After spending 2hrs on the phone, it became evident that little could be resolved.
