"The staff was fantastic. Front desk staff was very accommodating. They booked us early morning transport and transport to Heathrow for very reasonable prices. Having worked in the hospitality business for over 20 years I can appreciate how hard all of the staff worked for a 5 star stay for my daughter and myself. Train station and subway only two blocks away was a bonus. Room service was also very good. "

I asked for late check out I was told the same 100£ fee which isn’t realistic to anyone check out time was 11am. "The staff were great. There was problems with the housekeeping... My room was never cleaned...I had to ask the cleaner to change my sheets and towels. Then i cleaned the flat myself."

"Even though the building is not new, the 2 bedroom apartment that we had was quite well mantained. The only downside was the AC that didn't seem to work properly on our second night. The area around is not the greatest that London can offer and the building is a tad far from the city centre."

The AC worked well but Wesley delivered fans to help keep the hot flashes at bay and when we blew a fuse he immediately responded and resolved the issue despite the late hour.
