"Very nice stay, with helpful front desk staff. Room was very comfortable and clean. My one issue would be that the lounge for Bonvoy members was not well maintained. My colleagues and I stayed a week and each time we went there would be yogurt but no bowls, wine but no glasses, a certain food gone but not replenished, etc. My colleagues have stayed here many times and say that this is always the case. Maybe a short staffing problem. However, everything else was great. "

"Even though the building is not new, the 2 bedroom apartment that we had was quite well mantained. The only downside was the AC that didn't seem to work properly on our second night. The area around is not the greatest that London can offer and the building is a tad far from the city centre."

"The apartment was as advertised, and the owner graciously accommodated our request to check in a little earlier. The owner is currently abroad, so I talked to his representative in the UK. The apartment is less than 5 min walk from the tube, 10 mins to Paddington, 20-30 mins to Central London. Bus #16 takes you directly to Buckingham palace in 25 minutes! The neighborhood is residential with Middle Eastern flavor, but it was quiet and safe, even at night. There are no restaurants and shops in...

"We had no internet access for the duration of our stay. For some reason, they could not get it fixed. As tourists in a foreign country we had very limited options, and found the situation very restrictive. TV broadcast was very choppy."

"We had a great stay in this flat. It was clean, very close to the Queens Park tube stop and in a great little neighborhood of stores and restaurants. Be aware that the flat is one story up from the street, and it's a steep and narrow staircase. Those with mobility concerns might find this challenging. It's also worth noting that the rear of the apartment is only a few hundred feet (or less) from the overground tracks, BUT the trains are very quiet -- just a whooshing sound. I actually found it...
