"The air conditioning in our room did not work, and it took almost two hours for them to send engineers and ultimately move us that took away from our quiet time in the afternoon, which was not fair. We wanted to take a nap and rest up before a party on Halloween. We did not get to do that."

Little things like having trash cans in stairwells also helpful. Comfortable bed with gigantic showers (best water pressure in NYC). Front desk super helpful with nice personal touches. "
