"Great location and friendly staff, but a few issues I really liked the location — it was super convenient — and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was nice and comfortable. However, the elevators were a bit of a hassle — only one was consistently working, and the other was on and off, which caused some delays.
