"Good arrival experience, nice little touches such as the complementary teas and coffees. Would have been nice to have a little milk available too. Fantastic location. Having a family above with a young child who ran constantly on the floor immediately above us until past midnight each night we were there was really irritating when added to the underground sound too. "Great location, exit hotel and you're looking at Big Ben. Quick walk to Westminster tube station. Easy walk to Trafalgar Square. Plenty of food spots and shops including a Starbucks and Subway. Plenty of nearby tourist spots nearby. Only negative for me was the bathroom lighting: only overhead lighting and not too bright. So not great when trying to shave while looking into mirror."
