Hot tub was much appreciated after exploring the park on snowshoes. Well-appointed kitchen for efficient meal prep. "This was a great place for our friend group, with plenty of room for 16 adults. You are in the mountains, but it is just a short drive from Boulder. The views from the property are awesome. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy. One of my favorite moments of the weekend was walking down to the ponds and doing a walk around the property. There is a short, but fun trail that makes you feel in nature without leaving the property. "

"This is an excellent place for a larger family group. Feels like an extended home. There are spaces to spread out when you want to and spaces to gather together. The location was great. "

"The location had everything we needed and more! There were a few properties very close to it that we did not expect and may be the reason we did not see any wildlife however, it didn’t really hinder our stay. The property behind ours was also doing some construction, which didn’t make for the best view, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our weekend. Overall this location is a very nice property and we would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a great time at the Overlook! It was a great little cabin to getaway for the weekend and enjoy Estes Park. The host is great, they had notes around the cabin to help out. I feel like they went above and beyond to make our stay great."

"We had a wonderful week visiting our son. Property was clean, beds comfortable, and views from every room were breathtaking! We were fortunate enough to see about 6 inches of snow one night which was a bonus, even though we were not able to make it quite up the shared driveway even in a AWD but it all worked out well and didn’t hinder anyone or any plans we had. Phil is a wonderful host! "
