The staff was very friendly and patient due to a mess up with the booking process. The heater sounded like a freight train and there was a short dog fight in the hallway around midnight. There was not a coffee maker in the room and breakfast was missing butter for the waffles and no juice due to a broken machine. The hotel is under construction but it was clean.

Like that Maverick is so close (right next to location) and so is Applebee's and a car wash. Laundry facilities (for guests) could be a little better lit.
