"The cabin was cozy, even in the negative temperatures. The location was beautiful and quiet, and we were able to go to the RMNP daily to play in the snow and explore. The stairs were a little treacherous and shaky, but that would be my only complaint. Great little A-frame"

"This property was perfect our annual girls trip. The cabin was very clean, well stocked with nice dishes, appliances, bedding, towels and furniture. However the pull out couch could stand a new mattress, it was not very comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus, that we throughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend this property to others…"

"Very quiet, peaceful evenings in the hot tub. Great for three guests to each have their own room ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom needs attention. Bearings are going out plenty of extra fans in each room, which was nice."

"The chalet (#8) was perfect for our family of four. The location is excellent - 2 miles from downtown, 2 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park - nestled right between the main attractions, the setting is serene and relaxing. Elk wandering right through the property and star gazing from the hot tub after a long day of hiking or shopping was fantastic. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact we had to leave at the end of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I booked this location to stay with friends before my wedding in Boulder. We loved this place! The property owners literally thought of everything! The whole house is stocked with plenty of amenities. They gave detailed instructions on how to use things and where items were located. The views were amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the patio with a glass of champagne every night. If you stay here you have to stop by the General Store in Gold Hill for their homemade pizza. It was delicious! The only...
