"This was the perfect property and location in Boulder! I was there for the CU football game (go Buffs!) and this spot is walking distance to Pearl St, campus, and more! It was warm, clean, and inviting. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive as well. I will definitely stay here again in the future. "

"We had a wonderful stay in Estes Park! The cabin was close enough to restaurants and shops that we were able to walk or a very short drive to find anything we might want. The deck was our favorite place. We spent hours watching the water and the falling leaves."

"The property was clean, close to town, yet private. We saw lots of wildlife close by. Plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Views were fantastic. We were there in late Sept and not having air conditioning was no issue. Amenities were great, except for the pillows ( maybe some new ones would be more comfortable) as well as check in. Thanks! "

Everything is on one level (no stairs) making it convenient for individuals with mobility issues. Living rooms is quite spacious and the furniture is comfortable. This cottage has no AC which is common in mountain communities but we were grateful that there were plenty of fans on property to help cool the house down.
