"The house is in a safe neighborhood. It worked out well for us to have a home base. Good location to travel to Boulder, Breckenridge, Golden, Manitou Springs, Colorado Springs, Red Rock was a short drive to see John Fogerty in concert 😎 and Estes Park . We enjoyed our visit to Colorado ."
