This lower level unit in Bruce’s home is bright, cozy, clean, quiet, and thoughtfully equipped with a private fenced garden and easy parking. We even found that it was reasonably priced on CU Family weekend. We hope to come back soon and highly recommend it to others!"

"There were four of us ladies who met up in Boulder for the weekend from out-of-town. This was the perfect place for us to stay! It cannot be exaggerated how clean it was, how organized the kitchen, beds and bedding were comfy, and it was in the absolute perfect location near Pearl Street. The homeowner checked in on us to make sure everything was okay and was an excellent communicator throughout. We will definitely stay here again when we visit and highly recommend this property for a Boulder...

"The home was very comfortable for my family. The basement is a fun hangout space to watch tv or play games. The main level is also very nice. The surrounding area is great with a grocery store and good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!"

We had everything we needed for the 3-night 4 day stay. The owners are very accommodating and respond quickly. If you like small towns, I highly recommend you check out Louisville, the people are very friendly. "
