"The house was comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The four bedrooms were cozy and my kids enjoyed staying in the the bunk room. Check-in process was super easy and the check-out instructions (strip beds, start load of towels, empty perishables from fridge, and consolidate trash) was comparable to other VRBOs we've stayed at and quick and easy to accomplish. Host was easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner as well. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The property met our expectations except for the gas fireplace not working. When I contacted management they said “oh that’s not one of the amenities. When you’re in a Colorado condo (in the middle of a snowstorm), it seems ironic, to have a non-working fireplace. The fireplace was listed in one of the pictures on the website. We all know how much a fireplace adds to a condo. This was a disappointment, as all winter condos we have visited in the past have had working fireplaces. t, "
