"Really cute stay, clean, etc. However, the listing is innacurate. There is no hot tub, although it states there is under "amenities". This was one of our main reasons for booking here, so if that's what you're looking for- look elsewhere. Additionally the downstairs renters were obnoxiously loud. Blasting music at 8am, yelling, babies screaming. It's super easy to hear everything, so not super private."

"We wanted to find a place in Longmont that was close to our daughter's house. This property was just 10 minutes away. It could accommodate my husband and myself as well as our grown daughter and son. Everything about the place was perfect.Since we stayed the end of January, we were unable to use the outdoors. However, there is a wonderful outdoor area to enjoy the more pleasant Colorado days and evenings. Hoping we will come back and take advantage of the outdoor area. As far as our situation,...

"The property is in a great location with tons of walking paths and a large park with in few blocks. We didn’t receive any written check in/out instructions. The host was on sight at the check in time to offer in person instructions but never provided check out guidance. A simple book outlining what is required for check in/out is typically left at the other rentals that I have stayed at. Hopefully, this property will do the same. "

"The 3 bedroom home was nice for our visit to Denver. It was too cold most days to sit outside but the view of the mountains and park was really nice. We walked our dog twice a day in the park across the street which was very handy. It was clean and comfortable. Thank you!"
